Welcome to the Live&Signed Terms of Service

The Terms of Service govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, tablet applications, desktop applications, and any future smart T.V. applications. By accessing or using the Live&Signed Platform you agree to the Terms of Service.

Updates to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, by sending an email, posting a notice through the Services in App Stores, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Unless otherwise stated in our notice, the amended Terms will take effect immediately, and your continued use of the Services after such notice confirms your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, please cease using the Live&Signed Platform.

To use the Live&Signed Platform, you must be at least 13 years of age, in some jurisdictions this age limit might be higher! If you do not meet this age requirement, you may not use the Live&Signed platform or create an account.

Viewer, User & Creator Accounts:

Account Creation: Full use of Live&Signed will require you to create an account and verify it. When registering, you must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. Maintain the security of your account, do not share your credentials, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for any activities conducted using your account. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of those with legal claims!

Account Deletions: You have the option to delete your account at any time for any reason. Account deletions are permanent, and we cannot recover your data once your account is removed from the platform. Your ‘profile info will be deleted forever, your Posted content may not be deleted, posted content can remain in feeds on the Live&Signed Platform. Refunds for charges incurred after deletion of your account are not provided. When you delete your account any memberships you have will be deleted. Refunds of any un-used value from ‘On-Demand Exclusive content Packs’ are not provided. (‘Memberships’, and ‘Exclusive content Packs” are not available for purchase in apps).

Security & Blocking Accounts: Users & Creators can block specific Users & Creators from their profiles at their discretion. Once blocked, a blocked User or Creator can not access the User’s or Creator’s page. Creators can cancel a membership with a User or Creator at any time they choose. Memberships are non-refundable and will not be refunded within 30 days of any membership that’s cancelled by a User or a Creator. Exclusives (videos, live streams, live video chats) cannot be returned to a Creator. All content can be reported via the post controls on each post.

Terminating User & Creator Accounts: We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate our community guidelines.

Creator Content:

The Services of the Live&Signed Platform allow Creators with verified accounts to create and post content. Users with verified accounts can create and post profile content. As a Creator and User you retain rights to your Content, and User profile content, but grant Live&Signed a non-exclusive, royalty-free sub-license to use it, reproduce it, and distribute it, in connection with all of the Live&Signed Services. The sub-license covers all your posted content, usernames, Creator handles and likeness associated with Creator content and User profile content and usernames associated with the User account. Exclusive content in the form of ‘Exclusives’ uploaded videos remain on the Live&Signed platform in followers - exclusive pages and are not deleted if a Creators account gets deleted. All content, free and exclusive content that is posted by a Creator on the Live&Signed Platform falls under the sub-licence.

Content Requirements:

User Content must comply with these Terms, including:

All persons are 13 years or older. No unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful content. No violations of intellectual property rights or privacy. No impersonation or false affiliations. No unsolicited promotions, bots or spam. No sharing of private information without consent. No viruses or harmful files. No hate speech. No posting ‘Exclusives’ under 18 years of age. No posting ‘Creator Memberships’ under 18 years of age. No posting ‘Shoppable posts’ under 18 years of age. No purchasing ‘On-demand Packs’ under 18 years of age. No purchasing of ‘Creator Premium’ under 18 years of age.

Copyright Policy:

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, please notify us in accordance with our Copyright Policy on the Live&Signed website.

Prohibited Activities:

You may not:

Access, use, or attempt to access or use another Creators or Users account. Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Violate any laws, rules, or regulations. Attempt to bypass security measures. Attempt to harm the Services or interfere with others' use. Engage in any abusive or harassing behaviour. Engage in any form of hate speech. Use automated means to access the Platforms Services. Develop or distribute third-party applications that interact with the Services without our consent. Use the Platforms Services for commercial purposes without our consent. Access the Services from countries subject to U.S. sanctions.

Community Guidelines

We have Community Guidelines outlining expected user behaviour on the platform. Violation of these guidelines may result in the removal of any content, suspension or account termination. The Platform’s Prohibited activities limits Creators & Users from violating Live&Signed’s community guidelines and under age User access. Exclusive content is valued via Exclusive post engagement, measuring User engagement value, of each ‘Exclusives’. When an ‘Exclusives’ post is made it must pass the Community Guidelines engagement evaluation and Prohibited Activities to be available in any and all feeds on the Platform. If any content is in violation it can be reported and removed. ‘Exclusives’ will only be honoured for their value and payed out by Live&Signed to a Creator if they do not violate these Terms. Exclusive content that has been cancelled or removed will not be paid out. Exclusive content requires all Creators to agree to Stripe Terms of Service on setup of an ‘Exclusives’ first post, in order to be paid out via Live&Signed. All content posted to the Live&Signed platform must not violate the Community Guidelines Terms or Prohibited activities list. ‘Shoppable’ content is not the responsibility of Live&Signed, it is solely the responsibility of each Creator. The Platform makes no revenue form ‘Shoppable’ content e-commerce items sold. All Creators must agree to Stripe’s Terms of service at creation of their account and first ‘Shoppable’ e-commerce post.


We may suspend or terminate your access to the Live&Signed Platform and Services at our discretion, with or without cause and without notice. If we terminate your account, you must not create another account without our permission. We will notify you of unpaid earnings, and notify your members, and contact Users about any cancelled memberships.

Exclusives: Live&Signed offers ‘Exclusives’ (uploaded videos, live streams, & live video chats) as an exclusive experiences that have a set cost starting at a low price, plus in-platform processing fees, and 20% Platform fee. All fees may change from time to time. ‘Exclusives’ are accessed via ‘Exclusive On-Demand content Packs purchased on the Live&Signed website not in apps. The balance of a ‘Pack’ is shown in all Live&Signed profile accounts, accessed via (settings pages) The value on ‘Exclusives’ is shown on the play button, this value shown will be deducted from the balance of a ‘On-demand Exclusive content Pack’ when an ‘Exclusive’ Play button is selected & the continue button is agreed to, by a User or Creator. ’Exclusives’ can also be added to a Creators membership only as FREE - and included in the price of the monthly membership. ‘Exclusives’ revenue can be paid out to Creators every 14 days after a watched ‘Exclusive’, provided a minimum of more than US$1.00 has been accrued in total to a Creator in that period.

On-demand Packs: Creators and Users can watch exclusive content (videos, live streams, live video chats) on the Live&Signed Platform by purchasing an On-Demand content Pack. Exclusive content is sold as a service from the Live&Signed website only, and not in the apps. On-Demand content Packs do not expire (While the Live&Signed Platform is available to use) an On-Demand Pack is purchased via Strip (in USD) on the Live&Signed website, Users and Creators can then access exclusive content ‘Exclusives’ offered on the Live&Signed Platform. On-Demand Packs are a non-refundable purchase. If and when ‘Exclusives’ (video, live stream, or live video chat), is cancelled or taken off the platform before it can be viewed, a return of equal value is added back to a Creators’ or Users’ Balance in their account Profile. Only Users and Creators that have a verified Live&Signed account can purchase On-Demand Packs. The Payments for sub-licensed content - video, live stream, and live video chat, are made to Creators at a later date from the Live&Signed Platform. All ‘Exclusives’ must pass the Live&Signed Platform community guidelines in order to be offered on the Platform to watch. The guidelines also verify the valuation of ‘Exclusives’ offered via measured engagement. When ‘Exclusives’ pass the Live&Signed community guideline’s and Terms they can be watched by Users or Creators with an equal or above value On-Demand Pack balance. On-demand Packs are only sold from the Live&Signed websites, and may be available in selected stores for physical purchase.

Memberships: Live&Signed Creator Membership monthly subscription Purchases are made through Strip to a Creator directly via strip end-to-end payments. Memberships have Strip processing fees and 5% Live&Signed Platform fees. For Strip fees see the Strip website. Memberships can contain ‘Shoppable Posts discounts, (ecommerce merchandise) offered by a Creator on chosen items offered. Memberships can also include ‘Exclusives’ offered for FREE as part of the Membership. All Memberships are paid via Strip end-to-end payments.

Creator’s Premium: Live&Signed offers ‘Creators Premium Accounts’ which may include; more exclusive content posting hours, boosted Ads, expanded shoppable merchandise space, and more… ‘Creators Premium’ is charged as a monthly subscription US$9.99/Mo. All monthly subscription payments for ‘Creators Premium’ are made on the Live&Signed website via Stripe as an end-to-end payments. ‘Creators Premium’ is only available to Creators with a verified Live&Signed account on the Live&Signed website.

Prices & Fees: Creators determine pricing for their memberships starting at US$2.70. minimum set monthly price and maximum set price of US$500.00. The processing of membership payments is through Stripe from the User to the Creator of the membership, into their bank account. For strip processing fees please go to Live&Signed Platform fees are 5%. Platform fees can change from time to time and all Users & Creators will be updated of any changes regarding Live&Signed Platform fees. Membership purchases also have Strip processing fees on top of the Membership set price. Strip processing fees can change from time to time and are updated on the Strip website. By using Live&Signed you agree to any processing or Platform fee changes. Membership purchases are not available in App Stores. Exclusive content Packs are offered in a range of prices and only available to purchase from the Live&Signed website. They are not available in the Apps. See the Live&Signed Exclusive content Pack page on the Live&singed website for all ‘Pack’ prices. Exclusive content Packs are non-refundable after purchase by a User or Creator. The processing fee of any and all Packs purchased is included in the price of the Pack and not charged on top of the price. There is no platform fee deducted from a User or Creator purchasing an On-demand content Pack. All membership & Exclusive content Pack prices, Creators Premium, & Shoppable posts are in USD. If a ‘Exclusive’ (video, live stream, or live video chat) is cancelled before becoming available to watch on the Live&Signed Platform refunds of that value will be returned to a Creator’s or User’s account balance.

All prices are in USD. Live&Signed is not responsible for additional bank or foreign exchange fees, (see Stripe and Wise websites for more).

Payment Terms: To make purchases on the website, add a card to your account, which can automatically be saved for future purchases. Apple Pay and Google Pay for payments, you authorise us to charge your card for Live&Signed purchases, monthly payments can be charged immediately on an automatic monthly basis for Creator membership subscriptions.

Membership Purchases: Purchasing a membership constitutes an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel anytime during your billing cycle, retaining access until the renewal date when the membership expires with no more charges.

Refund Policy: On-demand packs and Membership subscription purchases are final, but memberships subscriptions can be cancelled during your monthly billing cycle. If a Creator deletes their account or blocks a user mid-cycle, no refund will be offered, and subscription payments will end. Payments are made via Strip as an end-to-end payment. Shoppable posts - merchandised sold by Creators are also non-refundable and are the full responsibility of Creators that offer merchandise items. Merchandise payments are made via Strip as an end-to-end payment between User or Creator and the Creator offering the merchandise shoppable post.


The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be safe, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. You use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live&Signed and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Services. Any unauthorised access or use of your account. Any third-party content on the Services. Any unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Any suspension or termination of your account.


You agree to indemnify and hold Live&Signed and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Services, any violation of these Terms, or any alleged violation of applicable law or rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country of Australia and state of Victoria. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by arbitration and severed in Melbourne Australia Victoria, before one arbitrator. The Rules and Procedures & Judgment on the award may be entered in any Melbourne Victorian court having jurisdiction.


These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Live&Signed regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Terms of Service includes mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 17. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service please do not use the Live&Signed Platform Apps or its Services.

Community Guidelines

Live&Signed is dedicated to establishing and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment where all creators and users of the Service feel a sense of belonging and can interact without the fear of prejudice or ridicule, whether intentional or unintentional.

We have developed the Community Guidelines to empower you in fostering and safeguarding the integrity of our community. By utilizing Live&Signed, you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

We are wholeheartedly committed to upholding these guidelines, and we reserve the right to take necessary action, including the removal of content, disabling of accounts, or implementation of restrictions, in response to any violations of these guidelines.

This is considered a living document and is subject to regular updates to align with the evolving Live&Signed community and service. We encourage all users to stay informed and familiarize themselves with the latest version of the guidelines.

What the community guidelines mean for you

Ensuring the safety of our creators and all users of the Site is paramount to us. As a user of our Service, it is imperative that you refrain from uploading any content or engaging in any activities that fall under the following prohibited actions:

Self-destructive / Self-harm Behaviour

Encourages or glorifies self-harm, including content that promotes self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders. Provides instructions on how to engage in self-harm or commit suicide. Promotes or poses a risk of physical or mental harm, emotional distress, death, disability, or disfigurement to oneself, others, or animals.

Hate Speech & Hateful Conduct

Engages in discriminatory behavior, including incitement or promotion of discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment & Cyberbullying

To foster a safe and inclusive environment, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited on our site:

Harassment, Abuse, and Threats: Engaging in any form of harassing, abusive, or threatening behavior, which includes racial or ethnic slurs, defamation, invasion of personal privacy or publicity rights, and making libelous statements. Harm to Children: Seeking to harm or exploit the emotional and mental well-being of children, including any form of bullying or grooming. Personal Attacks: Targeting individuals with repeated or severe personal attacks, with the intent to cause harm or distress. Expressing Wishes of Harm or Death: Expressing desires for harm or death towards others.

Any violations of these guidelines may result in the removal of content, warnings, account restrictions, or account termination.

18+ content and mature themes

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Live&Signed prohibits the sharing or distribution of sexually explicit or pornographic content.

This includes content that contains explicit sexual acts, displays genitals, breasts, buttocks, or fetishes with the purpose of sexual gratification, regardless of the medium used (such as video, text, audio, or images).

We strive to maintain a platform that is suitable for users of all ages and backgrounds. Content of a sexually explicit or pornographic nature is not appropriate within our community. We encourage users to respect these guidelines and refrain from sharing or promoting such material.

Safety of Minors

Our commitment to safeguarding the well-being of minors and combating illegal activities is unwavering. Therefore, you must refrain from engaging in any of the following prohibited actions:

Sexualizing Minors: Posting, sharing, or engaging in any form of sexually explicit content that involves minors or exploits them in any way. Harmful Acts Involving Minors: Sharing content that depicts or encourages minors to participate in dangerous or harmful activities that may jeopardize their well-being. Sharing or Distributing Sexual Content Involving Minors: Any explicit or inappropriate material that involves individuals below the age of consent is strictly prohibited. Threatening to Share Intimate Images: Making threats or engaging in the non-consensual sharing of intimate images or videos involving minors without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

In compliance with our policy and legal obligations, we report any instances of child sexual abuse imagery to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They collaborate closely with global law enforcement agencies to combat and address these serious offenses.

Our platform has robust safety measures in place to detect and remove any content that violates the safety of minors. We encourage all users to report any instances of inappropriate or harmful content involving minors through our reporting system. Our dedicated safety team will review these reports and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to the relevant authorities, when necessary.


To maintain trust and authenticity within our community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Impersonating others: Creating an account or engaging in any activity with the intention to deceive or pretend to be another individual or organization. Facilitating Impersonation: Uploading content or engaging in activities that contribute to impersonation, such as sharing, uploading, or participating in any form of content meant to impersonate an individual or organization Creating accounts for deceptive purposes: Registering multiple accounts or creating accounts solely to violate our guidelines or mislead others. Threatening to Share Intimate Images: Making threats or engaging in the non-consensual sharing of intimate images or videos involving minors without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

At Live&Signed, we value authenticity and honesty within our community. To maintain a trustworthy environment, we strictly prohibit any form of impersonation or misleading activities.

Violence & Threats

At Live&Signed, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our community members. To ensure a secure environment for everyone, we strictly prohibit any content or actions that involve threats of violence or the promotion of harmful activities. As a user of our service, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

Threats of violence against individuals or groups: Making explicit or implicit threats of physical harm or violence towards a person or a group of people. Threats of harm or death: Expressing intentions to cause harm or kill an individual or a group of people. Threats of sexual assault: Making threats of sexual assault or any form of sexual violence towards an individual. Serious physical harm or violent acts: Threatening to seriously injure someone or commit a violent act that may result in death or severe physical injury. Soliciting or offering violence for financial reward: Asking for or providing financial incentives in exchange for inflicting violence on a specific person or group of people. Statements indicating intent to commit violence: Stating an intention to inflict violence on a specific person or group of people, including statements like "I will," "I'm going to," "I plan to," or conditional statements like "If you do X, I will." Promotion of violent crimes, events, or terrorism: Glorifying, celebrating, praising, or condoning violent crimes, violent events, or terrorism targeting individuals based on their membership in a protected group.

We take these matters seriously and any violation of these guidelines will result in immediate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or termination. Our aim is to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

Follow the Law

Live&Signed is committed to upholding the law and respecting the rights of individuals and third parties. As a user of our service, it is important to follow these guidelines and refrain from engaging in any activities that:

Sale or promotion of illegal activities, products, or services: Involves the sale or promotion of activities, products, or services that are illegal or prohibited by law. Fraudulent behavior or promotion of fraudulent activity: Engages in fraudulent actions or promotes activities that deceive or defraud others. Violation of rights: Violates the rights of individuals or third parties, including intellectual property rights and data privacy rights. Risk of harm or damage to property: Promotes or creates a risk of harm, loss, or damage to any form of property. Unauthorized disclosure of information: Shares or publishes information or content that you are not authorized to make available under any law or due to confidentiality, contractual, or fiduciary obligations. Dissemination of false or misleading information: Contains information or disinformation that is false, deceptive, misleading, or contributes to the spread of false information. Promotion of illegal activities: Violates any applicable law or promotes activities that are illegal in nature.

We expect all users to comply with these guidelines to maintain a lawful and respectful environment. Failure to do so may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, as we strive to uphold the integrity of our community.

Spamming & Scams

To maintain a high-quality and respectful environment, the following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on our site:

Video Spam: Posting content that is excessively repetitive, untargeted, or misleading, which includes:

Misleading viewers with false promises of fast money or financial gain. Sending audiences to sites that distribute harmful software, collect personal information, or have negative consequences. Repeatedly contacting individuals for commercial purposes without their consent. Scams: Sharing content that promotes cash gifts, "get rich quick" schemes, or pyramid schemes involving the exchange of money without providing a tangible product. Comments Spam: Leaving comments solely intended to collect personal information from viewers, deceive viewers into visiting external sites, or engage in any of the prohibited behaviors mentioned above. Repetitive Comments: Posting large amounts of identical, untargeted, or repetitive comments that do not contribute to meaningful discussions. Live Stream Abuse: Broadcasting live streams that infringe on someone else's content without permission and fail to rectify the situation after repeated warnings of potential abuse.

This policy applies to all forms of content on our platform, including videos, video descriptions, comments, live streams, and any other Live&Signed product or feature.

Enforcing Community Guidelines

At Live&Signed, we are dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all users of our service. Our Community Guidelines serve as a framework to create and maintain this positive space. We understand that diverse perspectives and opinions are essential to a vibrant community, and not all viewpoints may align with your own. However, it's important to note that not all disagreements constitute a violation of our Community Guidelines.

In our commitment to maintaining a safe community, we have established a specialized team responsible for conducting regular manual scans of content throughout the platform. This proactive approach allows us to uphold the integrity of our community guidelines and promptly address any potential violations.

If you encounter an account on Live&Signed that you believe violates our community guidelines, we strongly encourage you to utilize our reporting tool and submit a detailed report. Our dedicated community safety team will promptly review the report and take appropriate measures if a violation is identified. Guidelines for protecting your account

Whether you are a creator or a general user of the site, you can play a vital role in preventing unauthorized access to your account and safeguarding your information. One effective measure is to select a robust and distinct password, which can be securely stored in a password manager.

It is essential to create passwords that are unique and unpredictable. Opting for a password manager provides a convenient solution, as it simplifies the process of generating and managing strong passwords. With a password manager, you can maintain different strong passwords for each of your logins without the need to memorize them all.

Choose a strong password Employing robust and unique passwords is crucial in safeguarding your most valuable data. Passwords serve as the initial line of defense against hackers employing techniques like credential stuffing and password spraying to gain unauthorized access to your personal information.

If you opt not to utilize a password manager, we suggest selecting passwords that are a minimum of 8 characters in length. It is also important to avoid using easily guessable passwords that are commonly employed, such as:

Dictionary Word or a Combination of Dictionary Words Obvious Substitutions: For example, “H0ouse” isn’t strong just because you’ve replaced an o with a 0. Recent years Dates Straight rows of keys Sequences like “abc” or “6543” Repeats like “ccc” or “abcabcabc” Short keyboard patterns Names and surnames Context like the website name

We also recommend changing your password from time to time.

What you should not do

We kindly request that you refrain from engaging in any activities that could jeopardize the security of our Site and its users. To ensure a safe and secure environment on Live&, we ask that you avoid the following behaviours:

Personal Information Don’t distribute others’ personal information or otherwise abuse it. Creators with access to their patrons’ personal information should not use it for anything unrelated to Live&Signed.
Spam Don’t spam others or distribute unsolicited advertising material
Illegal Activities Don’t break the law or encourage others to break the law.

Our approach to security

To prioritize the security of your information, we have implemented several measures within our systems. Firstly, your full credit card number remains inaccessible to our systems. Additionally, we employ transport layer security (TLS) to encrypt highly sensitive data, including tax information. As an added layer of protection, we provide advanced security features like two-factor authentication for signing in and CAPTCHA verification in situations where suspicious activity is detected, such as login attempts from suspicious IP addresses or rapid succession login attempts.

Moreover, we ensure that all traffic between you and our platform is served over HTTPS, guaranteeing the encryption of all data transmitted. These security protocols collectively contribute to maintaining a secure environment for our users.

What is Not a Violation of This Policy?

Not all references to another party's trademark automatically constitute a violation. For instance, expressing appreciation for playing Monopoly is perfectly acceptable.

Account holders are permitted to use trademarks in a manner that falls outside the scope of the trademark owner's rights.

It is permissible to reference someone's trademark to describe their goods or services, as long as it does not cause confusion among other users regarding the ownership of the trademark. In legal terms, nominative and other fair uses of trademarks do not violate this policy. However, an account holder that uses a trademark must clearly distinguish itself from the trademark owner.

At Live&Signed, we allow account holders to create parody, commentary, and fan accounts, provided they adhere to the following requirements:

Include a description on the channel page/community page that would be understood by others that the group or account holder is not affiliated with the trademark by using words such as “parody,” “fan,” “commentary,” “subscribers of,” etc. Account or community names should not be the exact trademark without some other distinguishing word such as “fan,” “subscriber,” “commentary,” or “players”.
